At law firms that restrict their lawyers’ personal securities trading, how are those policies enforced?

When FAANG companies are hiring for UX Design positions do they count all of your general design YOE or only the YOE in a UX role ?

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.
Thinking of moving to I tech sales? Anyone else do it? What's comp look like?

What’s an appropriate amount in $$$ to request a raise. Or is it time to make a leap? Designer to Art Director elsewhere?
