How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I have a car lease that I’m trying to get rid of in NY. My in-laws want to buy the car from my lease and give it to their mom, but I would have to buy the car out myself and then transfer the title. The plan is to have 3 people write a check to me for $10k each as a gift. Then I buyout the car using $30k. When I transfer the title to their mom, do they have to pay the tax? The buyout price ($30k) already includes sales tax, and if we have to pay tax again to transfer the title, it’s 👎

California peeps. I have a feeling I failed FAR, which is my last exam, but my score isn’t released until May 11. Can I submit the reapplication with the CA Board of Accountancy to speed up the retake and NTS process in case I failed? Or do I need to get my exam score first? I need to pass by mid June, else my REG score expires, hence the rush to resubmit the re-application.

I am inquiring about a patient account coordinators salary. It seems I am asking way above average salary due to current position and experience I bring as well as education. Can someone give a number for this position and suggestions for negotiating pay to make what I’m worth.

I am trying to move from finance (IB tech) to fintech and have 15+ years of experience. I get a feeling my number of years of experience is working against me as all the companies want is young blood. Am I right in thinking this - what can I do to fix it other than reverse aging :-) ?
