Has someone tried to re-negotiate the TCS offer, after accepting the offer letter once?

Hi,

If total CTC offered is 9LPA in TCS, what will be in hand salary ?

TCS have monthly , quarterly and yearly variable part in CTC. HR forgot to add half yearly variable. Any part of it can be changed to fixed before accepting offer letter? Or they only negotiate if have counter offer ?

Before taking resignation they were saying will get letter in 2 days max, now Delay in offer letter even after more than month from the day I took my resignation back.
