Any advice on what and how to prepare for the final loop interview for a PM position for Amazon.
I have prepared 2-3 stories for each of the LPs. I am not sure how many rounds of interviews to expect and the type of questions.
I know the BR is going to be behavioral, but the others will they be Behavioral or product based or a mix of both? If some one has gone through the experience, can you please share what it was like. TIA! 🙏
Any Analysis Group fish willing to share your experience the company? I am a current business school student exploring opportunities with the firm post-biz school Analysis Group. Are the cases at the interview similar to that of other firms/casebook? I understand on the high level what’s the difference between AG’s project versus traditional strategy shops but wonder if you can elaborate on this.

Last, what skills do most employers value? In my experience, this dictates 2 optimal jumping off points:
(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

Why is it dumb?
Of the phone interviewers and some in-person interviewers don’t leave their cards. What’s the etiquette these days?
I do recruiting interviews for my current firm and i rarely get thank you emails. Even when I do, I don’t care for them.
I interview for my team and don’t really care if the candidate sends me a thank you or not. By the time I get the thank you note, the decision has already been made.
I interview for new analysts and interns and honesty don't give a single crap about thank you notes or emails. Won't help at all.
Yes
I interview for my team as well. I don’t ever respond to them, but like any interview communication — grammar issues, the wrong company name, etc., can definitely send you over an edge. You’d be surprised at how many experienced folks do it too, not just the youngins’.
