Feels like they’re doing employer checks and visa checks before sending out the employment contract… Im currently pre-settled status in the UK, and wondering how to best approach this. Are you happy with your company’s women leadership programs? I have just switched jobs, and the new place has nothing in place internally although markets it as something they could help their clients with, which to me seems hypocritical. Also, on the c-suite team there are 5 older males and one female, all white. This is a global organization. I’ve been at my clerkship for 5 years (4 with a different judge) and one with my current judge, and I heard horrible things about him before starting, but I assumed they were exaggerated. Turns out they’re all true, and I’ve had to start therapy to deal with him and the incredibly toxic environment. I’m trying to get out ASAP b/c he also has a history of firing clerks without cause or notice, but I think I’ll only be able to give two weeks notice if i get the job I’m interviewing for. Thoughts?

I built a small business that generates about 100% profit margin. Set up the LLC got trademarks, have all my suppliers, everything's all ready to go. I get daily orders. I don't want to do it anymore so I offered to give it to my family, they struggle financially. Not a single one wants to take it over. WTF. IT'S SO FUCKING SIMPLE.
