How much more would you need to be offered in order move for a new job? I'm looking at $15k more and also a more favorable comp structure but not sure it's enough for me.

I have the option to trade in a cash bonus for RSUs. I would imagine there would be a certain amount of vesting tied to them but curious what everyone thinks of the trade-off.
