Does Delta re-use the red blankets and pillows?

Hi everyone,

Software test automation engineer 4.5 yoe

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.

How do u keep communication in a relationship if one person is emotional & other isn't (ex check-ins, how to recover from a fight, best way to not hold a grudge if something was said out out of anger)

more inclined towards Microsoft, but they are offering less
