I need someone who can talk to me about my experience and actually write the resume, not just edit an existing resume. Does anyone have a recommendation? Is ResumeSpice worth the money?

Recruiting was one of my first HR functions, and I really enjoyed it. I was an internal recruiter, and it gave me exposure to relationship management with hiring managers and external recruiters, workforce planning, and compensation.
I moved from TA into more holistic Talent and Org Development, because I found my interests are more aligned with the projects in this arena.
