What is difference between roles- consultant and senior associate offered by Cognizant?

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

I do not prospect. I open accounts while slamming a revolving door.

Does anyone have advice for someone looking to go into marketing? I want to do content writing/brand design but I don’t have experience besides 1 internship. My experience is in sales/acct management
