Ive been here since 4 years in the same project but the my ctc was 22 lpa when I joined and it became a whooping 24 lpa all this time even after getting the highest rating all the time

No projects after joining and after 90 days they'll ask you to resign.

Don't join LTM..
Yes u will be on bench and then your struggle begins then be ready..
And time also reduced to bench 45 days... Due to higher package people on Bench mostly new joiners .
So firing more easy now...
So make sure before u join no one will help u even no positive comment on this bowl going to help u.
So knowing the truth still u want to come is the situation with u may be so want to hear something positive..
Also in person project u will be single army and if u got the project mostly it end in 30-40 days here and then again bench that is more danger for old employees...

Don't join LTM,all ,not most persons I know new joiners,does not have project after joining,they were told by HR they are hired for project, after joining told project "on hold " now the regret the left previous company for good hike.

Joined a project which was transitioned from xyz org . Raised access asked for KT docs vids.🌝 got ignored for weeks even after email follow-ups. Now work is directly assigned without providing the architecture details and was told start working you will understand 🙂↕️. Asked working hours , guy told in full confidence that no fixed working hours .Waah re lala org

The bench policy have changed recently and hence even after joining, you would have to give interviews and then get shortlisted. I would suggest to check with the HR if it is project specific hiring or pool hiring first. If project isn't confirmed, it's risky. Harsh but truth. Moreover, it also depends on your ctc as well. All the best !

Even if it's Project hiring still you'll be on bench post joining mostly as this happened with a lot of employees.
Be careful while joining LTM.
If you're confident on cracking the project/client interview, you can join LTM. Hikes are almost the same in all top service based companies.
We've seen hundrends of bench candidates who lacks communication, beginner-intermediate knowledge on the tech stack and domain they worked. Obviously these people don't get selected in any project. On top of all this, atleast 90% of the candidates use AI to cheat in the interview.
Genuine candidates will mostly get a chance to attend and crack the project interview, I can't say all the candidates will get the chance but most of them do.

Not correct,tell this to majority of benchers that don't get interview calls,leave alone clearing interview, even PM is telling employees getting released better look outside as bench situation not good.
