Has anyone interviewed with A&M recently and can explain their process?

A friend of mine has passed through three interviews for EY's Comply team in San Antonio. Now they want her salary expectation for coming in as an experienced analyst. I was thinking a range of $55k-$65k. Too aggressive?

One of my friend is searching for a Job as a Fresher. He learnt sql and spring boot. He completed his Btech in 2019 but he has few backlogs which he cleared in 2021(In 2 years gap he was engaged in social media management and website management for an Ecommerce site) . Recently he gave interview for Infosys but they kept his profile on hold not sure about the reason. Please guide him in getting the Job.

Had an interview with KPMG (manager) for an FRM Consultant position about three weeks back, she mentioned that I'd be a great addition to the team and is excited to work with me but I haven't heard back anything since. On contacting HR I got the standard "we'll let you know" response.
What do you guys think? Any hopes for me? What do you think went wrong after a solid interview if no?

I have an interview next week for a Client Partnerships Manager role at a large entertainment company. I've never actually done a role like this. The focus would be a client partner for Tech, QSR & Finance clients. Can you all provide any insight or tips into this role whether you've done it or partnered with someone who has. Also, what do you consider the media & marketing process to be?
And is QSR mean quick service restaurant. I come from the CPG & sale world. Thanks for any input.

Interviewed for the 2023 Enterprise Strategy Senior Consultant role at IBM. Went through to the behavioral interview after the case and am waiting to hear back. Any idea how long it usually takes?

Recently got called for an interview for strategy/ operations role by a Faang company. I had my first screening call with the hiring manager, mostly all behavioral questions so hard to tell the result. The one area I felt I could probably brush up on is program management as my current industry is Pharma and tech industries are different. So any advice on program management interview guidance would be helpful. I have 18 yoe but still quite stressed about it.

What sorts of SQL questions are typically asked in interview questions for senior data analysis jobs? Like is knowing SQL from freecodecamp enough or should I look into taking a course online?

I’ve unfortunately not gotten the chance to use SQL in my current position so I don’t feel like I have enough experience in it, but have experience in everything else (Python, tableau, storytelling, etc)

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.
