How is pega practice in LTI ?

Have an offer from PwC I'm ready to take. All the negativity towards PwC atm makes me second guess whether I should accept. Are things really that bad? Valid reasons to steer clear greatly appreciated

TCS offered me a Data Engineer Profile with usual hike, will be getting around (3.75).
I had asked for 6 LPA to stay back.

What if they give 4.5 or so ....
What should I do ???
