After 12 years of nonstop work and billing over 2,200 hours annually, I’m starting to feel burnout creeping in. I’ve always prided myself on managing intense workloads and staying productive, but lately, it’s been harder to stay focused and energized. A partner I know recently took a 3-month sabbatical, but I’m not sure stepping away is an option for me right now. Have any of you found ways to recharge without fully stepping away from the firm? HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Will it profitable to stay in LTi as I have completed 17 months here and currently at P2 grade (Senior Software Engineer) ?
I'm working in CITi project since 17 months, premapped ro project so, not a single I was in bench til now. In this January they retained me with 70% hike :).
YOE - 5.6 years
Skills Set :- Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL.

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?
