Second Year M here (~9 YOE)- contemplating exit paths:
Option 1. My (big tech) client has essentially offered to “sponsor” me joining as a FTE. TComp would be ~$425k (mostly RSUs), but would suggest I eventually need to relocate from “big non-coastal city” to the Bay Area (if “I’m to be successful”)- that isn’t really feasible for now. Option 2: Being recruited by a F500 for a data + corp strategy Director role, no relocation required, TComp around ~$320k, better WLB. I’m ~$190k now. What to do?
