I'm sorry you have had this experience. I hope things turn around and get better.

I appreciate that!
I'm sorry this happened. It sounds awful. I personally have not had this experience, but I do have a friend who did. He has said, looking back, that it was actually a very good thing for him. He was able to learn some lessons from it in terms of his own behavior on the job, and also understanding better about the "fit" between him and the job he was in. I don't know if there are lessons you can draw in your situation, but that might help to exorcize some of the memories that are haunting you.
I would sit down with a blank piece of paper and try to write down what the problems were and how I might have responded differently, whether to change my behavior or get out of a bad situation faster, or notice certain warning signs, whatever. Basically, can you distill some lessons out of this? Two reasons: to help you put it to rest, and to have a positive spin if this ever comes up in an interview. (Also, to keep from repeating the experience!)
N.B. I am not implying fault here! But we can often notice the hallmarks of a bad work situation earlier if we know what to look for.

Yes! I totally think there were good things that came out of the situation.
