For Deloitte folks out there... How difficult is it to come into Deloitte GPS in the Core/Traditional model as an experienced hire making somewhere in the ballpark of $160k-$180k as a non-technical Federal Acquisition and program/project management person w/ 12+ YOE and a PMP and a TS/SCI. I recently turned down an offer because it was PDM, but would be interested if it was Core/Traditional. I started my first job as a PM in Jan, 2022 in automotive field . I'm paid 80K CTC . I'm currently living in Ontario, Canada. I am a contracted staff, so my pay effectively will remain the same for some time. Since I have only 1 year experience, I am not sure if I'll be able to land a permanent job as well as a good hike. I'm planning to get my PMP but that requires 3 years of experience. What should I be doing till then? Stay or is it possible to get higher pay outside in supplier companies?

Hi All, I’ve recently started my search for a non- IT project management role. I’ve worked at a Fortune 500 company for 10+ years in mid and senior level roles. I’m a PMP with experience in risk management, corporate reporting, and environmental compliance. I have a very diverse background, which is proving difficult since I don’t necessarily fit into one job type. I would appreciate any opportunities or referrals for remote or hybrid positions. Thanks!

I have my PMP certification and 11 years experience managing projects and events. I am looking for a full time role either remote or hybrid in the greater LA area or St. Louis area. I’m a mom if two, but love what I do!

Thank you for your help!
