BTA at Deloitte vs Strategy at ZS? Associate level interested in healthcare/health tech but not really life sciences. ZS culture seems like a better fit + pay is more competitive (around 15k more), but wondering if I should go with Deloitte for project opportunities more aligned to my interests. Any advice/insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
As a Sr. Strategist, what are the benefits of going platform side (insta, snap, fb)? Does it get too sales-y? Is it worth exploring?

Do firms have different policies for maternity leave for those who are partners versus those who are employees? If you are a partner, is maternity leave individually negotiated? My career is important to me, but so is having a family and I want to know what experiences have been throughout the public accounting industry. The only women I know have had babies before becoming partner. Is this why?
Canadian 🐟 who have moved back to Canada, what is the best way to handle your 401k, Roth IRA, Plain old brokerage account, and bank accounts? People are soft now a days and don’t read the fine print of you’re an at-will employer - which means you can be let go for any reason with or without warning. The business owes you nothing and life is not fair. Stop complaining about who’s doing what, ranks, who’s voting for who, who likes you and who doesn’t, benefits at other firm compared to yours, this right and that right and ask yourself the last time you HELP yourself. The sun will come out tomorrow and no one really cares. Help yourself
Roth 401k or regular 401k?
Should I try to negotiate Slalom’s benefits? Deloitte gives 25 days of PTO vs 17 at slalom. Also, no 401k match for a year at slalom :(

Covid has upended our life, we have a two year old, living with family, barely have sex, at each other’s throats constantly, and are both exhausted and suffering. Hello All, Looking for change management role in Hyderabad. I have an experience of 6plus years. Please let me know if any company has openings Thanks!!
Started with EY as an intern, currently a Senior 2 moving to Senior 3 in Oct. Part of Indirect Tax in the New York Metro Area. Reviews and utilization are consistently above peer group average. CPA, no Masters. Currently salary is 77k. I feel like I’m underpaid compared to peers/others when I see threads on Fishbowl. Does this seem low to anyone else? I need a 17% raise to break 90k at Snr 3, which I’d be bummed to not get after EY preached about high raises. New job searching level bummed 😔.
