I got offer of 148+ ,10k bonus from deloitte on sc role.I am currently on h1b.. currently on 102k and there will be increase in salary for us this year and some bonus.. I was not actively looking but now confused should I join.. looking work culture etc. Need suggestions.. thanks

I have a a question for recruiters-what’s the biggest misconception you’ve heard about recruiters like “they don’t read resumes” or “ways to reach out to a recruiter” anything like that? I’m always to myth bust and want to share some stuff with my team of recruiters.

Leadership seem to not want to hear the truth so people tell them what they want to hear and if you don’t middle management gets pissed at you. I am seriously thinking about looking somewhere else.
