I’m being offered a part time project manager role at a website/software development company. Would oversee 10 developers and report to CEO/founder. No benefits, just salary. How much should I ask for salary?

I have an opportunity to work in Higher Ed. I’m an A2 in tax, Senior in Oct. Without the distraction of vacations etc. I have come to realize how much I do not like my job. I previously worked in Higher Ed and I loved it. I genuinely enjoy interacting w/students, improving their experiences, and helping them navigate life. The benefits are good, PTO is great, and of course WLB bc it’s 9-5. The only issue is it would be 5-8k pay cut. Thoughts?

If you work at a small agency in NYC, could you tell me what your monthly health insurance premiums are for families? I'm at a small agency in NYC and the health benefits for a family are almost prohibitively expensive, ~1,500/mo with a high deductible. Would love to know if we're competitive or not and if not, share that info with our HR and bosses.
