Feeling de-motivated as a consultant in healthcare. Doesn’t feel like a lot of the work I do actually helps patients or make anyone’s life better, which was the whole draw when I started 5+ years ago. I also sometimes feel stifled bc healthcare doesn’t have the $ and growth opps that I see my peers that work in other industries. Anyone ever feel this way?

I’m client side now at a big corporation’s in-house agency and I cannot imagine going back to 60+ hour weeks, low pay, minimal benefits, and the uncertainty/anxiety of agency life.

I’ve had issues since high school, but just formally got diagnosed with ADHD. I’ve always managed to get by okay at work (I’m no super star), but remote meetings have been really difficult for me and I now feel like I’m barely hanging on. Trying meds now, but no benefits yet. Pros and Cons of disclosing the diagnosis to my team, partner, or firm? I’m torn.

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily.
