*Financial Discussion* My fiancé and I have been planning our long term finances. We’re both currently saving for a down payment but she’s in law school so only working part time. Once she starts working as an attorney at her law firm, we discussed both of us maxing out our 401k to lower our taxable income for about 3 years. That way, when we start a family, our 401k can grow well on its own in case I’m the main provider (she’ll work part time for a couple years while kids are young). Thoughts?
