Hello Verizon fellows, In Deloitte, there's a facility to claim a certain reimbursement for purchasing mobile devices through their portal or something. Similarly, do VDSI employees have any discounts or reimbursement for purchasing devices through Verizon? If so, kindly let me know how to check it out. Thanks in advance.

Yes when I joined here 3 years back, there was a team spirit, environment was of work and play, team outings and parties used to be a biweekly thing atleast. People used to be excited for and took parts in events. Fun fridays used to be a thing. Gifts used to be a quarterly thing. More or less it felt like I have joined a good product based company.
Not from last one year it’s just work, AI, layoffs, 150% productivity, we are not doing enough work, do more AI adoption that’s it. No value for people who were laid off or how many continue to leave because of how toxic it has become here.
Would like to add more to my comment here. The people I still see benefitting are the ones who kept playing politics with the managers. They may not move a single finger but keep visiting their managers in Chennai and they are good. I still see them not having a single worry in the world. Whereas normal hardworking people keep getting pressured into doing more work to keep up. They get laid off and moved to these new orgs like their contribution never mattered.
Today, it was shocking to see my inbox filled with goodbye emails. Those were people I knew who had driven innovations and made fantastic contributions to the teams they worked for.
I didn't even see goodbye emails, just got to know by people putting available for work on LinkedIn. I heard it's frowned upon in Verizon to send exit emails. But if you are exiting already what are they going to do ?
