Current Organization is retaining with 28% hike and promotion. Should i stay in current company or switch to LTI?

I'm currently working as Service Desk support since a year along with 3.5 yrs experience in shipping with a non-tech background.

I saw that IT is a very potential field to get good growth and better pay and I have been learning azure on youtube as I heard cloud concept is going to be booming in next 5 years.

Please suggest me some potential skills that I can add to my profile that would be easy for me to learn as I am from Non-Tech as mentioned above for a better offer.

One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!
