Hi all, new to fishbowl. I am currently a PTA working in homecare. I am considering changing career paths to non-clinical. Everything I search for available jobs in the pay range that I need seems to come up as sales, (Sr, executive, etc) I have zero sales experience, but could see myself working as a healthcare liason, recruiter, care coordinator, or pharm sales rep. I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.
