I am a BSc IT Graduate who's been working in BPO for almost 5 years.
I was planning to make my switch to Data Analytics, is that a good choice?

Can this previous experience of mine come in handy, if i have to switch to BA or DA?

Would i be starting as a fresher or can i be able to milk this experience of mine to switch to this new role?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be.
