Any advice on what has truly helped you land interviews? I need to step up my approach, and this waiting game has me going a little berserk. I'm doing everything and above, that I know used land an interview.. let alone a job. I even made my first ever video resume, but no turn around at all. Not gonna lie, it's making me question my accomplishments and feel unworthy of progress. Eager to hear what's been working out for everyone on the bowl!

Other things you can do
- connect with former clients and colleagues not for a job just to catch up and build relationships
- join a professional org relevant to your specialty, be active in that org. They always need help writing cpe courses or industry articles
- any passion project you have some time for
- talk about your goals with your connections, when I was switching careers I had like little projects for myself I was working on for the field I was switching to

I think referrals are the only way to go tbh. It's the whole, if you want to go fast go alone, but if you want to go far, go together things. Trust me, get the help you need from people who are literally paid to help you.

Anyone have any affordable case management software recommendations? I’m looking for something a bit non-traditional as I work for a small nonprofit. Has anyone dealt with coming to terms with an emotionally abusive relationship? I struggle to admit this (because more drastic examples come to mind), but my therapist mentioned that things like yelling/throwing things/blocking me from leaving the room are also abusive traits my ex demonstrated. It makes me feel alienated from myself — like “how could I have allowed myself to be treated like that?”. Also feeling ashamed to tell anyone
