Would you take high risk / high reward consulting gig at a small firm? Comp is hourly and project based. Firm has a good foothold in the niche market. Offers lots of flexibility. But no benefits and since it’s project and hourly based it’s feast or famine. If you have a partner (spouse, domestic partner, etc.) and they had a stable job, would it change your perspective of taking the high risk/high reward role?

I’m watching the creativity awards on ad age. I decided to take a shot everytime I see a POC nominated. So its been 35 minutes and I have only seen one. But that wasn’t even the surprising part. Moms, what is your opinion on goat milk formula? I am hearing conflicting things. My baby’s pediatrician did not recommend it, because these formulas are new and not enough studies have been done on them (as opposed to Similac and Enfamil which have been around forever). But I’m also hearing from some people that it’s closer to breast milk and easier to digest for babies. Have any of you done any research on this and have a perspective to share? Many thanks!
