I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

I asked ChatGPT this the other day bc I’m in the same boat. Most of it was bodyweight or very light weight stuff. I’m on exercise restrictions so I can’t even do that. But maybe ChatGPT can create a plan custom to you.
I haven’t been able to work out since still in first trimester trenches. But I used to do Madeline Moves (app for $20/month) for weekly workout plans. She has specific plans for pregnancy! I plan to do some soon, but highly recommend her and following her on instagram.

If you were an athlete before getting pregnant, you’ll be able to maintain the majority of your pre-pregnancy workout routine during pregnancy. Your body will tell you when it’s time to adjust or let something go altogether. I’m 32 weeks and still weight training 2x a week and going to 3-5 pilates classes each week. I’ve been pleasantly surprised how little I’ve had to modify my normal routine so far.
On YouTube Nicole Pearce Movement. She has whole sections of pregnancy safe workouts including strength training and Pilates

Momma Strong. 15 minute home workouts designed for functional strength and fitness, including pregnancy-safe and post-partum workouts.
I did Every Mother who I was pregnant. No gym needed and the workouts are tailored to where you are in the pregnancy, and there’s also a big focus on strengthening your pelvic floor.
My struggle is finding the energy to work out. I was a gym rat before pregnancy, now I’m lucky if I make it in at all
Energy is much lower than usual but honestly just trying to get some movement in I figure better than nothing
