I wouldn’t consider myself a senior leader if you’re thinking of terms of Level of a leader, but I’ve been a leader and managing a team of people for the past three years and I will say that the very important thing that I did was make sure I communicate my aspirations for leadership to my direct leader and then ask for opportunities to grow and get experience in leadership and I also volunteered and did indirect leadership while I was on the team so that I could stand out. Also see if your employer has any programs or trainings you can take on leadership to improve your skills as well.

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
