31 M 5 foot 8 200 lbs. muscular build. I want to get to 180 and know strength will take a hit. Has anyone experienced weight loss while maintaining muscle mass? Lifting 4-6 times a week for 45 mins. Help! If I'm going to fall off the healthy eating wagon, it is most likely between 3 and 4 pm. I believe it is normal for blood sugar to dip at this time which may be why cravings are strong. Even if I eat something healthy, I will still crave salty crunch and it is so hard to resist. Would not buy such foods if it was just me at home, but do not live alone. Tips????

I have a Q that I worry is going to make me sound like a jerk, but want some opinions. I do strength training 2x/wk with a trainer who was assigned to me at a gym where I bought a pack of sessions. I don’t really consider myself “his” client bc the relationship is managed by the gym… but lately he keeps saying like “I can’t wait to see what my clients give me for Christmas” and I find it super awkward.
