Yes, and it’s fantastic. We’ve had a solid arrangement for about 4 years. Whenever one of us starts seeing someone seriously we obviously back off but it’s nice to have when my dating life is in a lull. It’s also nice to have someone I’m comfortable with and who I know will satisfy me. We’re not hooking up during quarantine so it’s been a struggle 😩

Have people received inflationary raises? My dad received a letter stating that they’re giving him a 6.5% raise + a one time lump sum of $750 bc of inflation, retroactive to July 1st. He works for a university and is part of a union. Kind of feel like my company is being shady because I work in CRE & we do raises + bonuses in February which was when I was planning to ask for an inflationary raise. But I feel like a lot of companies have done this without having their employees ask?

Currently an SFA 4YOE was in audit for 2 years. Should i move to a Senior Internal Audit postion which would give me a 40% bump or just stay another year and apply for manager postions next year. Which would probably give me a 40% raise as well - but thatd be next year.
