I dont have specific advice but was in and out of twelve steps, have a p doc and was doing well. If you want someone to talk to I’m open.
I saw my therapist for almost 10 years and he truly changed my life. It was one of the most deep and sacred relationships I’ve ever had. When I started feeling like I might be ready to stop going, we talked about it in depth and we actually spent several months specifically to help me transition out. When I had my last session, it was a really hard goodbye but I also felt ready. So I’m thinking maybe things ended too abruptly and you don’t have closure? A lot of therapists do virtual sessions now, maybe it would help you to have some sort of follow up with her now and you can talk about these feelings.
