Yoga has saved me. Meditation too, before bed and right when I wake up in the morning. Been doing yoga with Adrienne for years on YouTube.

I've been doing yoga once a week for the past year or so. I look forward to it every week. Where are you located? I would love to check your aunt's class out one day.

I’m located in Ottawa.

Lately I've been inspired to pick my life up off the ground as I've been feeling stuck and stagnant in all aspects and not just physically. I think yoga would be a great way to dip my toes into that journey. Where can I find the details for this?

like

Yes, would love to! What times do they normally teach?

They will schedule according to your needs. Trying to share more details but not able
To message you.

I would love more info. Do you have a link or something I can check out? I have always wanted to try it but never made the leap.

I am! Been looking for an opportunity to learn yoga. I have the worst back pains and read that yoga really helps with that. Do you have a link? I would like to know further.

Oh. I've been meaning to try it. I just couldn't find the time to do it. Maybe next year.

Hello everyone ,
I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

Situation: got an offer from firm X; highly likely to get a better offer from firm Y but official offer would take a couple of more weeks in best case scenario. However, firm X’s offer validity about to run out. Would you: (1) accept X’s offer now but rescind later if Y converts (2) ask X for additional time to decide (they’re “prestigious” and may not offer additional time...) (3) Play straight, decline X and hope Y converts (4) any other creative ideas ...???
