Are there any healthcare PR agencies who are open to hiring those with little to no experience but who are really interested in learning? I would be interested in transitioning from B2B / tech / advertising into healthcare and taking a lower title, but a couple recruiters have told me most do not want to train incoming talent. I totally understand of course, but wondering if an SAE applying for a lower title in a field they don’t have a ton of experience with is appealing at all.
Can we all form a union already? Get paid overtime. Get good health benefits. Get sweet satin jackets. Get iron eagle Local 151 hard hat stickers for our Macs. And get paid for pitches - cause no agency else has the guts to stop giving away hundreds of thousand of dollars of free work. Imagine four plumbers coming to your business, doing the whole job for free. Each of them. One by one. And not paying them. Your business would be burnt to the ground and you’d end up in a ditch.
Random question: Getting my MBA and just accepted a BCG internship offer this summer. (Super stoked!!!). Do interns get health insurance? There are a few things I want to get taken care of this year, but would prefer to wait until I have great insurance and won’t have to pay as much.
Why is my ass drinking a $5 Starbucks drink and eating a $15 salad for lunch when I no longer get per diem. Need to reevaluate my life
I’ve laid off people I haven’t even hired. Two of my interns were literally born yesterday. Theres already a line item in your current paycheck for our 401K, since you’ll work here in 7 short years.

Seriously struggling with making a pivot - want to stay in consulting, but move from FS more broadly to healthcare M&A. Any advice? Trying to do it without another degree just yet.
How much (%) do you contribute to your 401k (including both pre and post tax)? Researching is very difficult bc consultants don’t even remotely resemble the average American financially, so just curious how I stack up against peers.
Maxing out 401k, Roth IRA ineligible, emergency fund at Discover Bank (highest interest rate I could find), checking with CapOne, BofA, and Charles Schwab. What should I do now to start investing?
If I am joining big4 from one of its audited clients, and I hold the restricted stocks in the employer benefit/retirement account, will I have to close that 401k account or sell restricted securities within that 401k account before joining big4? Or will be given 90 days after joining big4 to roll over/dispose those securities?

Any insights on the adaptive practice at Huron?
I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age but always worked through any issues I had by just trying harder. I recently started a new position that has to do large amounts of coding. I can’t seem to concentrate for the life of me but when I drink a Celsius energy drink it works like magic. I do not want to become dependent on energy drinks just to sit, focus and be interested in learning. Anyone have any experience with any natural supplements? I tried green machta tea but it doesn’t work for me
People don’t leave jobs. They leave managers. What do managers think about this saying?
I've been getting horrible back pains, presumably caused by sitting at a desk for long periods. Any recommendations on chiropractors that also offer in-house massage services?
Has anyone applies to remote HR jobs in other states and gotten the job? I’ve been looking in the Chicagoland area for months and haven’t found anything. It’s to the point where I’m not even getting interviews anymore. I’ve looked for on-site, remote and hybrid. I’m considering expanding my search to other states that have remote HR Jobs as an option.
