Hi Fishes,

May i know what is the career progression structure for EY GDS, KPMG GS & Deloitte USI, and their India centric counter parts like PwC India for PwC SDC/IAC? I'd be extremely grateful if a brief one liner to explain the role can also be shared with the response.

Eg: PwC SDC has Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager, Directors and Partner. Each position has 2 levels, like A1 & A2, SA1 & SA2, and so on.

This info is extremely important & sadly unavailable publicly.

Currently I am at Associate Manager role. Thanks.

What is the scope of a TL/Manager wanting to move to a Consultant role? How good are their chances? How much hike can they expect from this move?

Got selected in Accenture for 'Associate Manager' position. I have 8 YoE. HR round today. Someone please tell me what's the maximum salary I can ask the HR? My expectation is 22 LPA fixed (I know Accenture has 20% variable pay). Is this fair amount or is there a chance HR can agree over and above 22 LPA as well?
