What should my salary range be? I’ve got 3 years of sysadmin experience and 3 years on a CIRT and am currently in discussion of being moved up into an associate manager role. I’m making 97k right now (DC Metro) but from looking around this is on the lower end given my experience. I’ve gotten offers for 20-30k more for analyst level roles at smaller companies but want to stay in something that’s on track for mgmt.
