Hi Fishes, I had 2 technical interview rounds scheduled in Deloitte USI for Data Scientist role on the same day. They went pretty well. What can I expect after clearing the second technical round?

I have an offer for McKinsey EM - currently at T2 - when I gave notice my firm offered instant Director (I was 1 yr away). They are pushing hard and basically badmouthing McK scandals etc, raising integration risks with existing McK consultants - will be seen as outsider etc. any thoughts? There is a risk but in my view worst case I’m there for 2yrs then can decide next step with a great brand on CV. Comp isn’t that important to me ultimately we will all do well in the long run. I am a CPA with 4 YOE as a tax associate, just over 1 year with this firm. $67k base, and flex schedule. I am in the suburbs of Chicago - what is the average salary for this position? I’ve seen such a wide scale. I’m also anticipating a promotion in the fall, and am nervous my request for a raise may conflict with that compensation adjustment
