Don't know how many industries are going to be willing to take this up, but wanted to post over here and see if there are any female bosses here who have started to incorporate this work trend. I like this. Not that I log off at 430, but it’s so I can get what I need by 430 so I can incorporate it into what I need to send to clients by 5 or so we can have a quick chat on something before 5.

This is how trends start people say everyone is…… and then others feel cheated and there is a bunch of people complaining after hearing that. Then their workplace is toxic because they don’t let them work 6 hours a day 3 days week snd it fuels anger. Never heard of this trend and everyone is different. Some like mornings to themselves. Others like evenings. The best trend? Some flexibility when possible
