Hey Everyone, I am MBA in marketing from campus I got placed as Associate Consultant SAP in Infosys, though it's only been 1 month since I have joined and still undergoing training I think SAP consulting is not a place for me as the opportunity to apply ny domain knowledge is very less! I was hoping if someone can mentor me ans help in making a better decision, also explain what is scope 1-2 years down the line? How difficult it is to switch career once you have worked as functional consultant?
How does leaving your job for a full-time MBA work financially? Are loans supposed to cover tuition+expenses+bills or is this a privilege that only people with parents that can support them and/or liquidity can do?
Any recommendations for CFP Programs? So many options! Also, has anyone taken Series 50, I’m using STC and wondered how the exam is. Thanks!

Cram studying for CFE. Is it recommended to study for one test and take one at a time, or study for all and take the 4 on the same day?
Anyone familiar with the Mini MBA run by Marketing Week’s Mark Ritson? I’ve seen a lot of promotion of the program in the last few weeks and it starts tomorrow. Curious if anyone has either done it, or know others who have. I’m a 10-year veteran in the marketing/advertising space and wondering if I’ll derive much value from it. Thanks for the help. 🙏
Anybody certified in CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, Lean 6S, or other certifications? How difficult was it to obtain? Was it worth it?

Got laid-off in November and started at a boutique firm two month ago and I'm just so bored. Work is boring and there isn't much structure for anything. Missing D today.
With everyone seeming to be “hiring” I’ve had job interviews with various firms: EY, Plante Moran, Doren Mayhew, Rehmann, to name a few.. Apparently I just suck at interviewing, or the firms in my area are not hiring. 🤦
Indian on H1B visa here. Given the current political climate, should I think twice before booking travel to Cuba? Or will it raise red flags with the immigration office?
At times I find the gender balance in our profession disappointing. Sending a firm invitation to 9 guys. We need better hiring practices
I’m pretty sure the company (Fortune 50) I work for right now is copying/mirroring BCG’s slide format for slide creation among our Strategy team. We’ve had them do work before and I recognize the slide structure/tag lines/icons/ and word smithing in the slides I have to create/standards I have to follow and some of the deliverables they’ve given us. Do other company’s do this with other MBB’s/consulting firms?
Until we can meet again in-person, let’s raise our glasses online, this Thursday at 7PM. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_6kaqvo

US immigration question. Green card interview date was cancelled in March 2020. It’s been a whole year of just waiting for a reschedule date, so the I-485 is transferable (e.g. to another state, another employer). Has anyone transferred their i-485 to another employer? What was that process like? Would my process start from the interview phase? How did you prove that the next job was in the same category? Please mention if you did the process before or during the pandemic. Thanks so much.
