Hello! I am a 5th year associate in a major TX metro. My base is $150,000 and after this year’s bonus expect to earn $220,000. In 2022, I generated $2.1M in net fee for the firm. Is this on par with what other firm’s are paying? Is it more? Is it less? Is it just right?

Seeking advice: Thinking about leaving a Fortune 500 to join a start up ~100ppl. They aren’t offering equity but a higher base and a small bonus. Worth the jump without equity? I’m not desperate to leave my company and manage a team. This new role would be an IC but touching way more aspects. Appreciate any advice!
