Hi All, It's regarding Mindtree offer letter process. I have done all TR rounds on 11th June and received an email which mentioned that " Congratulations you are almost there" on 17th June and had a HR rounds on 21st June and 1st July but yet to receive an offer letter, in the portal status is showing as a "Shortlisted" and trying to reach HR recruiter by phone and email but they are not responding. I’m dissociating and can’t focus long enough to get work done. I JUST hit a year at this firm and am going on a one month stress leave. Worried I might not kick this mental state in that time. I’m a recent grad & began my first career as a marketing coordinator. It’s been quite frustrating to say the least.
