Can someone help me with questions asked for an advanced SQL interview?

Hi there fishes 🐟!
I completed 3 rounds of interview in PwC for Data Analytics Manager and awaiting HR discussion.
I have 8.5 yrs of experience in SQL, Unix and little bit of Python too.
Current package is 23LPA.
Please advise on how much I can expect/demand.
My expectation would be 32LPA (40%)

Done with EY interview for C++ and DB for a consultant role.

Questions were basically on oops concept memory allocations functions virtual etc.

Only few SQL queries basic

Unix script. What is fork command which I was not able to recall.

GHOSTING POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS: My friend is a partner in a firm (Long Island, NY). He said they cannot find attorneys to hire. Lawyers aren’t applying or applicants just don’t show up to interviews and ghost them. He thinks it’s a millennial thing. I am shocked by it. MILLENNIALS, ARE YOU REALLY GHOSTING POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS?! Where are the applicants?! Don’t you all need jobs!?

Hi all. I have applied for Oracle PL/SQL job opening at BOFA. How many rounds of interview will happen and what are they? And my YOE : 6.6 my current CTC is 14.68LPA. How much should be my expected CTC?

I have what I'm sure will be a stupid question - what are the prep and review budgets like in big 4 tax? Especially on smaller to medium sized returns (unless those don't exist).

I'm asking because everytime I meet a former big 4 they're used to seeing "an intern/new associate/offshore prepares, senior reviews, manager reviews, then the person signing does a high level review" and I just can't fathom how many hours that takes.

How does your firm calculate your pay each year? Is there clear quantification of successful marketing/client development efforts, time towards client billing responsibilities, time towards leadership responsibilities, your billed and collected time, and work you delegate to others? If so, how is it broken down? Is it quantified throughout the year to tabulate how you’re doing, so you can forecast a likely year-end amount for yourself? In other words, how is your number baked up each year?
