How do you go about your LinkedIn profile after having gotten (or in the works of getting) job2? Do you add an end date to your current job?… do you deactivate your LinkedIn? 😅… how do y’all go about it?

Honest question but are you able to tie your work directly back to making a difference with sustainability? Or do you feel like a lot of these roles are just optics? Asking as someone who really cares about the subject

Do you think sticking it out in BL for 8 years pays off as far as in house prospects/salary go? Or is it all kind of the same after a certain time period. I’m in privacy if that helps (all aspects-trans, regulatory, lit).
