Feeling really sad about friends I have drifted apart from despite efforts to stay in touch. My best friend from high school and I haven’t seen each other in about 4 years, I messaged her a year ago, got a nice response from her, and I tried keeping the convo going but she left me on read. Offered her and her boyfriend tickets to join me and my boyfriend at a concert in fall 2019, left us on read with no response. Her bday was last week and she left my bday wishes on read too. Does anyone freeze with deadlines, and if so what works for you? Whenever I have a deadline my brain freezes and refuses to work. It used to be that my brain worked overtime right before a deadline - now it refuses to work until after a deadline. I think this is because all of my deadlines are internal and I’ve never had a partner look at anything immediately after a deadline. This is affecting my work obviously - any tips would be useful and appreciated!

I have 7 yoe in .Net web development, recently joined Deloitte but there are no projects on .net development. The manager is asking me to learn sailpoint. I need your help to know-how is the future scope of sailpoint. If I want to start my carrier in cyber security what are the steps I need to take.
