If it is sealed it is none of their business. Ask a lawyer. It may help your case if you tell them it is a dui, but you’ve been sober for x amount of time and learned a valuable lesson. If you dropped this in the wrong group and are not sober then I don’t know what to say except good luck and hope it goes well.
I'm no lawyer, though I would think that the police report would be considered to be in the court record that is sealed, which would mean that they have no legal right to request a copy. That doesn't mean that the bank won't fire you anyway, especially if you didn't disclose any of it up front, but it may afford some legal protections if you were inclined to take them to court over it.
All that said, I agree that the best course of action is to come clean about it, let them know that you're sober now, and have learned a valuable life lesson through it all. If you're still out there drinking and driving, consider this and the outcome a wake up call that decisions and actions have consequences beyond what happens in the moment.
I would also comment on what I’m actively doing to rectify (aa meetings, support groups, therapy, etc)

Are they requesting that you provide this info directly, or are they trying to go through the system to find it? Also, how long ago was the arrest?
