Check your ferritin(iron storage) level.. often times your iron can show normal results however as a women you should be at 80-10 ng/ml for optimal ferritin levels. Not a medical advisor but check with your doctor. I was feeling faint after 2 pm everyday at 56 ng/ml which is normal. Now I feel energized since I am on iron supplements. I take vitamin C to activate the iron absorption.

Thanks for the tip! I didn’t realize ferritin could be ‘normal’ but still low for optimal energy. I’ll check with my doctor, sounds like a game-changer for those 2 p.m. slumps!
Anywhere from 2-3 p.m. I start struggling. I also try to stand up and move around a bit. Still a push to get through those last few hours though!

2-3 p.m. is rough! I try to get up and move too, but those last few hours are always a bit of a slog!
I leave at 3:00 lol

😂 Smart move! Beat the slump and call it a day. Love it!
No carb during the day usually helps. Any glucose fluctuations give me a hard time retaining productivity
Pro
Yeah, I mostly avoid carbs too, but honestly it doesn’t seem to help much with my 2–3 p.m. slump 😅. Some days, I’m just doomed no matter what I eat.
I'm a morning person. If I had things my way, I would start work at 5:30 AM every day. Usually by around 2:00 PM, my brain completely shuts off for the day and there is nothing I can do to fight it.

I’m all in for early mornings! By 2 p.m., I’m basically running on fumes too. Nothing seems to help once that wall hits 😅

Yes! I have an alarm every day at 3:30 to get myself a snack because lunch simply does not cut it
Pro
😂 I love that! scheduled snack time is a life saver!
Yes! Sometime between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM there is a solid half an hour to an hour where I cannot focus. My entire body is fighting me to fall asleep. I don’t know why. I eat healthy and get a decent amount of sleep.

I totally feel that! That mid-afternoon slump is brutal, even when you eat well and sleep enough. Some days I just have to give in and move slowly through it 😅
