The interviewer asked me to send in my salary expectation before we talk. This is a little bit challenging to me. Talk numbers.
The position ask for at least 4 years experience. I have 6.

I have a written offer that’s contingent on a background check. I don’t anticipate any hang ups with the check but would like to wait until giving my notice until everything is official. My question is that there’s a set start date on my written offer. Which could leave my current position with under a 2 week notice period.
