Nope, they don't even recognize your achievements, or maybe their expectations are just too high. Of course, it does. My bills and responsibilities are the only things that keep me moving.

Could Understand. Thanks for sharing :)

Not always but sometimes I do. Sometimes it's the higher ups and sometimes by the people I work with or the people under me. So it's cyclical in nature, so there is always some one saying or doing encouraging things that affects my performance and motivation to try to do even better.

One thing I like about my job is helping people and one thing I dislike is being unfairly criticized about my performance.

Can understand

Umm, I feel like I am appreciated as much as anyone else on team. But I suppose I would be productive or try harder if I had more appreciation thrown my way…. or money

Yup. Money always helps.

I feel appreciated at work. My boss is pretty awesome. I also really enjoy the people I get to work with every day. It's nice to have friends at work.

Happy for you

I do! My boss is wonderful but I’ve felt underappreciated in the past and it’s the worst feeling. Send good vibes to anyone who is in that boat!

No but I have in other teams, it really depends on your manager here.
