Do any of you travel extensively on a rotational basis for your job? I am looking into a role that would require me to travel to South America on a rotational basis, meaning I would be there for a month and come back and have a week off, etc. The location is very remote, about 10hrs away from any city. It would be an amazing learning experience and will put me ahead in my career, but not sure how I feel about it. Can you describe your experience if you have done this or know someone who has?

Hey so I work on scheduling and then trying to see any other health care jobs that are remote that are higher positions. Anyone have any recommendations that are remote. Plus that I don’t have to use my pto for holidays.

Job offer A: IT Network Engineer at a Fortune 500. Deals with more legacy stuff like Cisco, Nokia etc. 2.5 weeks of PTO. Seems like company culture is definitely more refined/older. Position is on call once a month. 3 days WFH 2 days office

Job Offer B: Business analyst at a rapidly growing SaaS company. Unlimited PTO, no on call, glass door people all comment on how great the culture is. 3/4 days WFH rest in office.

Does anyone else struggle with depression and you feel like it impacts your productivity some days? I consider myself a very motivated and productive person but when I have bouts of depression for a few days or weeks at a time I find it takes everything in me to do simple tasks and I feel guilty about not being as productive as I could be or normally am. I should add I also work from home so there’s that component as well. Any advice?

Can an employer keep you at work without running water? We don’t have access to running water for the day and our employer won’t let anyone work from home- 15 minutes away for most of us. We are told to use hand sanitizer for our hands and to have a water bottle with us to flush our bathroom waste. I feel like this shouldn’t be okay..

I'm doing work from home and staying in parental house but I want to claim HRA. So far I have not made any online transactions particularly showing rent amount.

Last year I made receipts from cleartax, put stamp ticket and signature of landlord, it got approved for 8300 per month amount.

My monthly salary slip HRA is 15k. How much amount can I claim this year living in tier 3 city, I will show my father or relative uncle as the landlord? Is this possible?
