Hello all, I'm currently negotiating salary for an Associate Business Manager role at JP Morgan, London. Can anyone please help me with what base salary should I quote?

Having an experience of 5.5 years in IT Procurements I have joined on a role of an Associate Manager in a renowned organization. The salary offered to me is 7.7 LPA.
I am looking for an idea about how much salary does an Associate Manager gets on this post with this much experience.
Can anyone please suggest? :)

I have 4.7 yoe in .net and holding these offers
Infogain - 15 LPA ( Fixed )
Sureprep - 16 LPA (Fixed)
BirlaSoft - 16 LPA ( Fixed ) + 50K joining bonus
Agiliad - 17 LPA ( Fixed )
Coforge - 17.5 LPA ( Fixed ) but support and maintence project
Which one would be better to join ?

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

What you I be expecting in this third round?

I m into QA as functional test planner for more than two years and now i m mood to change my role to automation, but after certification in selenium and Tosca my lead was not able to provide me the project based on automation so they are rolling me off from the project. Telling u will get automation project on bench.

Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying?
