Does anyone remember RateMyProfessors.com? Where you could go to the site and get a sense of the professor before signing up for one of their classes?

I have done my bachelor's in mechanical engineering and master's in engineering management for process excellence from the uni of Glasgow and uni of Strathclyde respectively. I'm currently looking for jobs and have 2 years of running my own company. I'd be glad if anyone can help me with this and guide me accordingly. It would be ideal if I could get anything in process/operations but I'm flexible and am open to explore new areas.

Yes, although, I think there’s an argument that is a little invasive and unfair on the person say, if they were just having a bad year which contributed to being a bad manager. It may cause people to become hyper vigilant and over analyse themselves. Reminds me of that one episode of black mirror. (S3 E1?)
I think a better idea is mandatory training for all managers on how to manage people effectively.
I understand your viewpoint, but it’s a two way street. Direct reports can also have a bad year as well and are usually not given grace for it.
