I was recently let go from my job of 7 years with an organic egg company. We were purchased by private equity and I was the first to be let go by the new SVP of Sales. I’m looking for a role in Category Management, Trade Management or just Sales in general. I am very competent and have valid credentials. Any help is appreciated.

Just made manager at a big 4 with experience in IT audit, Internal Audit, and SOX mainly. Considering leaving as I’ve started feeling more and more burnt out. But I have no idea what my options are. I’m considering trying to change fields completely versus finding an industry job related to IA, Sox, etc… even if it means taking a step back. What would be something I could change to? A program manager role, business analyst, or something else? Trying to maintain similar salary vs improve WLB.
Hey everyone- I need advice on pivoting from an MCO to hospitals. I am a young healthcare professional with an MHA. Prior to graduating, I had a solid year experience interning as an administrative consultant in a hospital and I loved the environment. However when the pandemic hit, I ended up in managed care/insurance side. I would like to step into an administrator or practice manager but Im afraid my lack of direct healthcare setting experience I would have to take a low paying role. Any tips?
What's the biggest sign on bonus you have gotten and for what position?

What does a creative resource manager do? I just got hired at a big agency. I met my team, including my partner and my CD & ECD, who hired me. But later in the day someone stop by at my desk & said he is a creative resource manager & my supervisor who gives me assignments & approve my time offs. During my hiring process & orientation day everyone said my CD is my supervisor who assign me projects & approve my time offs. Did he do a Power move on me? I will be nice but didn’t like the attitude!

Going through interviews for a capital excellence associate. I'm a Mechanical engineer/certified construction manager, have managed over $350M in capital design and construction spending over a 8 year career. No master's, undergrad in Mech E from a good engineering school (Stevens) but not a true "target". My research looks like base/bonus/sign on of 165/35/30 for this type of role. Sound accurate to anyone who can hypothesize on this?

I know the job market is not that great as of now but I’ve applied to countless PM roles and have had no success. I want to know from other PM’s if it’s necessary for me to get a PMP certification before I can get a job or it’s not that of a requirement?

I’m on the Board of entity A (volunteer basis) and I’ll have an interview for a legal counsel position at entity B. Entity A and B have a partnership such that me working for entity B will create conflict of interest. Should I disclose my relationship with entity A during the initial interview with entity B’s hiring manager? If so, what should I say? I don’t want my volunteer job at entity A potentially jeopardizes my full-time job at entity B.

My name is Abeje. I’ve worked pretty hard to prove myself with the company I work for. I started off running the store in Boston and then was promoted to North East Manager and moved to NYC. I’ve been in this position for 7 months now. Last month another NY location was opened and I assisted with all of it, yet no one has spoken to me about the additional responsibilities or compensation. I don’t even know how to approach the conversation.

I supposed to have two separate interview for a Business Analyst role at Deloitte tomorrow with two different Manager and I was very excited about the opportunity. My recruiter even contacted me in the morning to confirm about the interview tomorrow!
All of a sudden she emailed me back and said the interview has been cancelled due to the position has been closed. That’s so disappointing from Deloitte! I was really looking forward to this role. I don’t if that’s normal but wasn’t expecting!

For anyone in FP&A / Business Partner roles- what keeps you motivated/ engaged in the role when you’re basically a support team and rarely get the final say in decisions or are plainly an input provider ? I’ve been in FP&A for 4-5 years but failing to see when it gets interesting outside of the occasional valuation projects(again usually following the matrix structure so you don’t own the full end to end)
Entering my 5th year as partner and I want out. I am not being forced out or on a PIP or anything. I have burned out. I feel weak for saying it but it is true. Could use advice on how to exit well...

Just started a new PM role (at an IPG agency) last month but I recently got hit up by a recruiter from another agency (WPP agency) for a pretty enticing PM role on a 360 AOR account. Further context: The PM role I'm in currently is my first PM role ever (I came from an entry level AE/Producer backgrund)
I know jumping ship for the other PM role would look terrible but tell me why you would OR would not jump ship?

Hello, is anyone open to providing a referral for the Associate Consultant - Strategy position at OC&C (London office)? DM me if you're interested and I can provide more information, thank you.
I don’t understand ‘move up or out’ structure, particularly in tech advisory or other niches. It’s hard to feel ready when experience/role assignment is in one’s limited control.
Super grateful for any guidance on Monitor Deloitte salary range for Senior Consultant lateral hire. Unfortunately can’t find any info. online really appreciate any advise thanks!!
