Seems like most larger companies do have Women’s Networks or similar groups (mine always have but I'm not located in TX). If your company doesn’t have one, maybe it's worth starting! It could help foster a great community in Dallas. I think that could be a huge resume booster for you too for your next job hunt (and would be a great networking tool too)
