Asked to interview at a small ad agency on a whim by old colleagues that are now running the joint. I had a great informational interview & even talked salary specs. See more below.

Did a few rounds of interviews somewhere a few months ago, but the agency ghosted me. Checked their website and a similar (the same?) position is listed. Is there a not-weird way to reach back out?

Interviewing at KPMG for a manager role in San Francisco. What salary range should I expect? It’s a drastic geography change from Big D where I’m at now

After the first I heard back quickly to schedule the second. Now after the second it’s been a little over week with no follow up on next interview. Is it too early to send a follow-up? Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me. The work I do is equally difficult and I have a smaller team because people have left, so there is no way “type” of law justifies this. I think I just did a poor job negotiating my salary and raise.
